General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and boo88 ("boo88", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the boo88 website located at boo88.vip, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment facilities, and customer support services available through that website (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the account registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on boo88, you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law; (c) you are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity; and (d) you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

boo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Services after any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Account Registration

To access any real-money game, betting market, or promotional offer on boo88, you must first create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on boo88. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and the permanent closure of all linked accounts.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process or at any point thereafter. boo88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request being issued may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

• One account per person: Only one registered account is permitted per player, per household, and per device. Shared IP addresses may be flagged for manual review.
• Accurate information required: All registration details must be truthful and kept up to date. Notify boo88 at [email protected] if any personal information changes.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• KYC documents: Acceptable identity documents include Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, and driving licence. Documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.
• Verification timeline: KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Refused registrations: boo88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason.

Deposits & Withdrawals

boo88 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods listed below. All transactions are processed in BDT. boo88 does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside boo88's control.

Deposits are credited to your boo88 account balance in real time for all supported mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank card and internet banking deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on your bank's processing times. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by boo88, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during boo88 operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed on the next available business cycle. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. boo88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request that triggers internal fraud or AML review thresholds.

• Same-method rule: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method from which the matching deposit originated. This rule exists to prevent money laundering and comply with AML obligations.
• Pending bonus wagering: Withdrawals cannot be processed while an active bonus carries an outstanding wagering requirement. The bonus must be completed or forfeited before the withdrawal can proceed.
• Right to delay: boo88 may delay processing of any withdrawal pending completion of a compliance review. Players will be notified by email if their withdrawal is subject to a review period.
• No third-party payments: Funds may not be deposited from or withdrawn to payment accounts belonging to a third party. All payment accounts must be registered in the same name as the boo88 account.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

boo88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register a boo88 account and make a first qualifying deposit of ৳200 or more are eligible to receive a 100% matched deposit bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance immediately following the qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus, and any winnings derived from it, are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games (including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette) contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms. Sports betting wagers placed at odds of 1.50 (decimal) or above typically contribute 100%.

• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim the welcome bonus more than once will be closed.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire if not used within the time period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet rule: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager is ৳500 (or the equivalent). Bets exceeding this limit during bonus wagering may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Abuse and collusion: Any player found to be abusing promotions — including through the use of betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, through collusion with other players, or through the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonus forfeited and their account suspended.
• boo88 discretion: boo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice, and to refuse or reclaim any bonus issued in error.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on boo88, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You accept that boo88 is entitled to take action — including immediate account suspension — if you engage in any conduct that is harmful to other players, damaging to the integrity of games or betting markets, or that exposes boo88 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on boo88:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false information during registration, during KYC, or at any subsequent point. Attempting to use stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one account on boo88 for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions, bonus limits, or self-exclusion periods.
• Match-fixing and manipulation: Placing bets with knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome, or attempting to manipulate the result of any game, event, or betting market offered on boo88.
• Software exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on boo88.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on boo88. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Money laundering: Using the boo88 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds. boo88 is required by law to report suspicious transactions and cooperate with competent authorities.
• Abusive conduct: Directing threatening, offensive, or abusive language toward boo88 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may close a boo88 account at any time. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact boo88 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, provided no outstanding KYC requirements or active bonus wagering requirements remain. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

boo88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the player has breached any provision of this Agreement; the player is found to have provided false or misleading information; the player's account is implicated in fraudulent activity or money laundering; or the continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to boo88.

In cases of account closure initiated by boo88 for breach of these Terms, boo88 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where funds are found to have been deposited through fraudulent means, those funds will not be returned.

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. • Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. boo88 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero.
• Reactivation: Dormant accounts may be reactivated by the account holder at any time by contacting [email protected] and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
• Closed account re-registration: Players whose accounts have been closed by boo88 for breach of Terms are not permitted to re-register. Accounts opened in breach of a prior closure decision will be identified and closed.

Age Restriction & Responsible Gaming

boo88 is strictly an adults-only platform. All players must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market offered on boo88. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and may be triggered at registration, at first withdrawal, or at any time boo88 has reason to believe an account may be held by a minor.

If boo88 determines at any point that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, that account will be immediately closed, all transactions will be reversed where possible, and any winnings generated by the underage player will be forfeited. boo88 will cooperate fully with any authority investigating underage gambling.

• Self-exclusion: Players may request exclusion from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed by boo88 support.

Limitation of Liability

The boo88 platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While boo88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of its Services, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect availability. boo88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, boo88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Services; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services; (c) any loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, payment processing errors, or network failures outside boo88's reasonable control; (d) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials; or (e) any reliance on information published on the boo88 website.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, boo88 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. boo88's decision in such matters is final.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit boo88's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
